Question AMD64 and Cedega

I'm in the process of buying a new computer, and have decided on getting an AMD64. From what I've read, Linux does great with it. But here's my problem:

My husband wants to be able to play World of Warcraft on it. He wants to throw 64 bit Windows on it *shudder*. I haven't been able to find anything about Cedega on a 64 bit system, does it run well? Am I going to be stuck dual booting? Or should I just buy a P4?

Thanks in advance. (I hope I put this in the right forum....)

Look here for starters:

or here:

But that appears to be on Gentoo. I'd assume you could do the same on Debian 64-bit...
