You seem to be still a novice considering your questions.
Are you aware that Kali Linux is a very specific distribution? See https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ad-4175614092/

Everything about your post, including your username, shows that you are exactly the kind of person that shouldn't be running Kali. Please read l0f4r0's link.

Also:

Kali here, Kali there! Why you should not expect detailed answers.

Additionally, it's worth quoting this again:

Quote:
Kali is not for everyone. It’s not a regular Linux distribution to run on your laptop and think that you’re cool for running a “hacker OS.” If you do so, you’re running a potentially insecure system. Kali is designed to run as root. It’s not secured and configured like a regular Linux distribution. It’s an offensive tool, not a defensive one.

Kali isn’t a joke either. You can do some real damage with the tools that it comes bundled with, and you can get yourself into real trouble. It’s all too easy for an uneducated user to do something seriously illegal and find themselves in a situation no one wants to be in.

Lysander666, perhaps it's worth highlighting what you quoted (the second quote) - for emphasis.

OP, listen to these guys.

I suggest Debian as it is a good one to learn on and it has many tools that are relatively safe and easy to use.

Kali seems to be a specialized distro for professionals with many specialized tools that do what I haven't a clue as to what many of them do. Eventually when I understand what these things are and the consequences of their use, I will look at using Kali. Until then, I'll stick with Debby.

If you still want to use Kali Linux after all the advice against it, start reading the documentation. The same site also features a blog, pointers to advanced documentation, a forum etc.

Wireless networking is disabled in Kali by default.
