Guys this is not very complex question at all. I only asked that what is the perfect age for learning any programming language of a person. Because an infant or a early aged person or a very young man who is about 10 year old will not understand programming language like " C ".
So which age is perfect for learning programming language.??

no, 22 is perfect, 15 can be perfect too. I'm now 50 and still learning ....
The question is: do you really want to learn? Just do it!

Which is why you were given a very simple, direct answer in post #2. Did you read/understand it???
There is no 'perfect' age to learn anything...you either can/are willing to learn it, or you're not. I started learning FORTRAN when I was about 10, and have learned at least two more languages in the past year.

...and in this thread, you're already starting out with being "too old" to learn a new language. Want advice? Learn what you're doing FIRST, then build on the skills you have. It doesn't seem like you know basics about Linux yet, since you're having trouble installing pre-built software. Master basics first...then move forward.

I would say your 20s are a perfect age. Sure I learned C/C++ in high school, but I didn't quite get it then.

I would start by learning bash, as it is easier to learn and then learn C/C++.

No you're not too old, but the fact that you keep demanding exact answers to every one of your questions without looking things up on your own means your personality is likely not compatible with programming.

You can get exact answers in programming, but it will probably not be by reading the documentation. You'll have to experiment a bit and understand what is going on behind the scenes. For example I've never seen any C programming book that tells you that C arrays are const pointers. They never seem to mention this, and yet it is true. All they say is that arrays are like pointers but you can't do the same things with them. Documentation is useful, but it is rarely complete or thorough. That's left up to you to figure out. Looking at the source code is also an option, but sometimes it's not so easy. How many times do I see comments in there ? Rarely.
