well if you want it for kids i do not thinks kids will understand linux fast an for kid they like doing things in windows xp because they think it is fun an eazzy. but well anther thing is kids can also screw up linux fast, an if they want to download anything i think it will be mostly made for windows xp
so theyw will not be able to have it an if they do download it they have to know how to install it too because it is not like windows..
so i mean like for kids windows is ok but when they get older they can use linux that will be fine. but like for you linux will be a good software.
