ALT CTRL key stops working after some time with VNC and fvwm

Hi,

I am using VNC5.0 and fvwm2.5.24. After some time I started the VNC session my ALT, CTRL keys stops working for the fvwm...(I have configured those keys- ALT TAB for list of windows in desktop, CTRL TAB for list of all the windows in sessions etc...)

CTRL + Left click etc seems to be working...

Problem is keys are working at the beginning of the session but after some time just stops working (even if I do not do anything...).

I compared $env and $set command output before and after keys stops working...nothing change apart from WINDOWID and tty (which was expected to change).

Thanks & regards,
-Rahul
