Allocating fixed amount of disk space to the clients
 
i have a ltsp network set up along with a windows server2003....
m using samba server to maintain home dirs and authentication..

is there any way i can provide limited disk space to the clients...say 100mb per client? is that possible?

You can use quotas to do what your looking for.

This tutorial seems like a decent starting point to enabling quotas. Your particular distribution might also have some information on quotas and if they provide any extra tools for managing for you in there docs.
