All Screens Too Large To Fit Monitor

Hi All. Help. I don't want to do a reinstall but all panels are about 50% larger than fit the monitor screen. Can't alter time or anything. Tried every display setting. Booted numerous times. The screens are oversized from the initial panels. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
