All launcher failure
 
I need some help with fixing my OS. Anything having to do with opening or installing software dose not work. And I do not know why or how to fix this.

What is the error message
Does it have anything to do with PATH?
Is it permissions?
You really need to give some fetail to get the proper assistance.

In order to help you, we'll need a bit more information. As EDDY1 mentioned, what exactly is happening whenever you try and run/install software? Do you get an error message? If so, what is it? What Linux distribution are you running?
