Angry Airmon-ng command is'nt shownig my wireless device

I've started WEP wireless cracking on backtrack 5
the very first airmon-ng command is'nt showing any wireless device of mine, while i'm using internet on my backtrack 5 with my lappi's built in wireless card.

If I remember right it been a while. this type of discussion is discouraged in this forum. And there is many other forums that handle this type of thing. If I am incorrect please forgive me.
