after monitor mode, no internet

hi guys. i am new to ubuntu and it's lucky that i can put my card to monitor mode and cracked wep. but after i got the key and tried to go back to manage mode, there is no internet. computer can receive my neighbor's not encrypted wireless network and the signal is good, i was able to connect to it before, but now can not.
i did airmon-np stop wlan0 to stop the monitor mode, maybe it's not enough. please help me.
this is iwconfig output:

perhaps your neighbor noticed some suspicious activity on his wireless router and made a mac address filter? perhaps turned off his wireless? that's what I'd do.
