Adobe Player Always Crashes

I recently installed the latest Adobe Flash Player update sent by Ubuntu software centre, and now it crashes every time, everywhere.
Running on Ubuntu 10.04, Kernel Linux 2.6.32-38-generic, Gnome 2.30.2

Ok, what browser are you using? Run your browser from a terminal, and when it "crashes" so to speak, look in your terminal for any warnings and/or errors, and post them here. By the way, what exactly happens when it "crashes?"
