Cool Adjusting the color, "BLUE" in the terminal

Hey guys,

I am using aterm for daily basis... I want to make BLUE color brighter than default.
Where can i find a configuration file? or should i pass another option to aterm?

I have been playing around with /etc/DIR_COLOR file, but i can't find out how to change the color itself.

I am using Mandrake 9.2

Thanx
