adduser fails with capital letters in a RH 9 and no in other RH 9
 

Hi all,

I'm having problems in a recent installed Red Hat 9.0 with the adduser command when I try to add a user with one or more capital letters. This problem don't appears in others PCs also with RH 9.0, so I think that should be an configuration file. I see adduser man page but I don't see any about user names restrictions,

any idea about where this can be changed?
