Addressing public comments on after-sale support
 

The following comments were posted regarding a user's experience with their Ubuntu Linux desktop PC:

The customer who posted those messages was helped as much as possible, even in going so far as to replace the customer's PC. The problems were, as you may guess, unsolvable. We consider this a failure, although we perform no customer screening. We hope the customer in question has his PC under control and is satisfied with his level of security.

Ummm---Of the 2 threads you linked, the most recent is almost a year old. I fail to see the point of your post.
