Addressing public comments on after-sale support
The following comments were posted regarding a user's experience with their Ubuntu Linux desktop PC:

The problems were, as you may guess, unsolvable. We consider this a failure, although we perform no customer screening. We hope the customer in question has his PC under control and is satisfied with his level of security. |
Ummm---Of the 2 threads you linked, the most recent is almost a year old. I fail to see the point of your post.
