adding repos to yum


I need to now how to add repos to yum. Can anyone help?

Hi.

The yum repos are stored in /etc/yum.repos.d

Copy one of the files there (the new file must have a .repo extension), and adjust to taste.

The simplest way is to go to this link and select you Fedora version (8, 7 or Core 6); it launches an RPM and does the installation for you for liva.net:
