Adding new monitor


I now have SUSE 9.3 A Dell 4600 P2.8 HT
Nvidia Gforse 5200 Graphics card w/duel monitors
I have a KVM switch (one moniter is hoocked to that one (the one It dont see)

I have a Keyboard and Mouse coonected to it also, SUSE seems them

How can I get SUSE to see it??

Also I have sound, BUT a music cd I heard no sound, PLEAsE ADVISE

So you have a KVM with two monitors and I only see you mentioning one system, is this correct? If so, you need another system for that other monitor to work, that's the whole point of the KVM. If your wanting dual monitors for your one system, you need a video card that can handle two monitors and you don't need the KVM.. a little clarification will help as your post is quite confusing of what your trying to accomplish without any details.

Clarify

Yes I have 2 pc to the KVM switch....


MY dell have duel monitor support, Nvida graphics card 5200

The Linux side only see one monitor, NOt the Dell e12fp
