adding new email accounts with qmail

Running Fedora Core 3

I just set up qmail and I can send and receive mail to a specific account on the system. How can I set it up so other users can send and receive mail, basically creating their email boxes in the home directory?

Also, is their a way that I can get notification on the cmd line when new mail arrives?

TIA!
