adding java plugin to mozilla

how do i add the java plugin to mozilla
i have java installed and the plugins are present in the jre directory

here is mozilla's faq on the subject. Note you'll want most likely the plugin in the ns610-gcc32 dir under java (you don't mention your Mozilla version: >= 1.4?). link to it from your mozilla plugins directory.
