Adding a box or lines to a title line that has been highlighted

I have created a document with combo boxes and text boxes (I bought the book!). I have separated the areas with a title which has been highlighted across entire page. Is there a way to encompass this colored line in a box to make the document look more formal?
I am copying a Microsoft document I created YEARS ago and in that document I used the grid in Word. I tried to add grid to that text line and could not. Any ideas or help? Thank you kindly.

Hi and welcome to Linux Questions!

Unfortunately as you've given no information about what application you used to create your document anyone who attempts to give you a meaningful answer will have to make assumptions and guess what you're doing.

Not the best way to get a good resolution to your problem.

Please check out the best way to ask a question and supply further details.

Play Bonny!

Try creating a table (1 x 1) and inserting the text into it. For the table change the thickness of the borders to suit your need.

OK
