Add/Remove Programs for Linux?

I was just wondering....
Is there a program out there for Linux to keep track of all the RPM's(Or anypackage for that matter) you have installed on your system? Like an "Add/Remove Programs" like Windows has? I know about the one that comes with Fedora Core, but that one only works with RPM's that are installed off the FC CD's. I am looking for a more general application.

use rpm -q to query the package by name or if you have a purty desktop like kde use kpackage. I think synaptic does rpm's too. There are many.
