I have installed a PCI card (2 com port`s)
I run:scanpci and i get this: 0000:00:10.0 serial controller: NetMos technology pci 9835 Multi-I/0 Controller (rev 01)

what kind of comand do i have to do ??

I think the command you need to use is setserial. It's been a long time and I don't remember the options. Running man setserial should help.
