Accessing windows partition from Linux

Hi all,

I really confused right now, I have installed Linux Mint on my computer.
But I cannot fully access FAT32 and NTFS partition. If I try to download attachment file from email to windows partition, or deleting files, Linux says if I don't have a permission.

Can anyone help me?
Thank you ...
