Accessing the Internet with Zorin 9 from start menu.

[COLOR="black"][/COLO:newbie:R] Zoorin OS starts with a menu that has Internet on it, tap on it and an arrow to the right app-ears, hovering that arrow produces another menu of 5 Internet browser choices. None of these selection do anything. I can raise Google on the wonderful blue water screen and type in virtually anything to search for, yet nothing happens. Have I missed a distro or setting that will unlock Zorin Linux as I had hoped?

Can you show us what you're seeing? Maybe take a picture with phone so we'll understand.

Zorin 9 comes with Firefox web browser installed. I don't use Zorin but just happened to watch a video review of it a few days ago. The thing I remember was the reviewer saying that under "internet" there is no listing for Firefox. However, it is an icon on the panel (close to the "start" button), so you can launch it by clicking that. Can you click that and get Firefox?

Also, about the "menu of 5 Internet browser choices": That sounds like the Zorin browser installer (or whatever they call it). It's a Zorin feature that is a way to install those different browsers, not launch them! I suspect that is where you are getting tripped up.

But then you mention Google, which confuses everything??? Can you confirm you can launch Firefox?
