Access_log not picking up data??

I'm in a bind, and hoping you guys could help.

My log files rotated yesterday, but I just realized the reset raw log files - access_log, are still set to "0". Strange, because they worked fine last week when they rotated. But now they're not picking up traffic data.

What can I do to get these moving again and picking up traffic hits from the server?

If this is the access log for apache, try restarting apache to see if that starts the logging bits again.
