How did your WAN interface become 192.168.1.20 ? The ISP is probably rejecting everything that comes from such an address. Before you spend time messing with mail servers and/or routers, first fix the WAN interface. In most cases, it should be assigned by a DHCP server. In /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0, there should be a line like
Code:
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
Start by making sure the ethernet is configured correctly.

mistake

Dear Mr Rod,

Thanks for your support, i have made mistake, the correct flow as follows:

Internet----Router---Squid----Client

-----------------------------------
router ip address=192.168.1.1

Squid eth0 IP=192.168.1.20
GW IP=192.168.1.1

eth1 IP=192.168.16.20
gw=nil

Remote & Routing Server IP=192.168.16.1

client ip address=192.168.16.XX
GW 192.168.16.1

Thanks

Your router interface to the Internet cannot use a local-only IP 192.168.xx.xx
