Unhappy Access Log Stopped Logging? Too Big

Hey guys...

I'm using AwStats to run stats on my server but now it seems my log has stopped. My log stopped on Sunday so the AWStats reports have stopped as well. I believe this is a size problem (since i read somewhere about logs not being able to be larger then 2 gigs) since my file is extally 2 gigs.

How do i restart my logs and make it so a new log is created after it becomes 1 gig. Also how do i make it so AwStats reads the new log.

Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

Brad

For now I renamed the old log file to LogFile.old and let apache create another file now i just need to know how to make it do it on its own.
