how do i access an ext3 partition on my external hard drive from windows

also, how do i access an NTFS partion on the same hard drive?

Windows won't recognize ext3, nor ext2, nor reiserfs. It works with samba, but... it's on one PC...

Is that from linux or xp? xp will work fine, with linux it may have to be mounted.

NTFS partition would be from linux
