Accesing/viewing NTFS mandrake 10.1

well very new to linux (got fed up with windows) always wanted to switch over just never got around to it. cept now. just instaled mandrake 10.1 mere hours ago (less then one) and got me a question im dual boot with xp home which is on NTFS its also where all the video, music ... are is it possible to still read them? and if so how?
