Raziel Member Registered: May 2003 Location: USA Distribution: Slackware Current Posts: 46 Rep:	AC97 Khz lock i seem to be having some problems with my games, because for instance one of my games can only operate at 22khz and its trying to force a 48 khz and thus messing up my sound... is there anyway to remove this lock? heres some relevant parts from dmesg: Via 686a audio driver 1.9.1 PCI: Found IRQ 10 for device 00:07.5 ac97_codec: AC97 Audio codec, id: ƒ„v9(SigmaTel STAC9721/23) via82cxxx: Codec rate locked at 48Khz via82cxxx: board #1 at 0xDC00, IRQ 10
