Dear friends ,

When i am connected with the Terminal server using Dialup Connection from my home then i get a real IP from my ISP . My question is , Is this Ip are "real IP " or Not ?

And tell me , Is it possible to controll my bandwidth for my terminal server , i.e., If i want to give 10KB for a particular port of portmaster then how can i do it ?
