about superblock in partation

I have made the file server on /home/packages/Server directory due to insufficent space at root
but on next boot there is an error

(i.e., without -a or -p options)

further fsck command shows

The fielsystem size (according to the superblock) is 6305504 blocks
The physical size of the device is 2443880 blocks
Either the superblock or the partition table is likely to be corrupt! Abort<y>?

no idea what to do further please suggest some steps.

Thank you.

That is what fsck is for: to correct a misreported value, unless maybe if you have the expertise to manually edit your hardisk.
I have dared/done it many times with better results.

Good luck.
