about samba in rhel6


i am able to get the samba prompt. when i use to ls command to list the directory error msg is NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER \*
my step was
mkdir /data
chcon -t samba_share_t /data
vim /etc/samba/smb.conf
[public]
comment = abc
path = /data
public = yes
printable = yes
browsable = yes
valid users = u1,u2
close file
service smb restart
service nmb restart
smbpasswd -a u1
smbpasswd -a u2
smbclient -L //ip
no error
smbclient //ip/sharename -U u1
no errot
smb> ls
error msg which we discuess above NT_STATUS*

indicates a printer; surely /data is a normal dir ?
