Lets see if I can re-punctuate this so I can make sence of it. Let me know if I make a mistake here...

"Yesterday, I can't see my mouse icon since i upgraded to FC6. The most important result is that the mouse can move, but I can only see a light dot. I don't know why."

OK - so you "upgraded" to FC6 (from FC5?).
... how did ou do the "upgrade"? Did you choose the "upgrade" option in anaconda, or did you do a complete new install of FC6? (Anaconda upgrades are problematic with weird results - better to backup and do a complete install from scratch.)

The mouse pointer looks funny (I guess you are not worried about the physical mouse in your hand at this stage?)... it looks like a "dot"? Like a full-stop "." or like a spot? You can move it around though... is the mouse pointer functional? Can you change the pointer style through the menus?

i update os after installing fc6. when i enter fc6 ,yum-updatesd prompt there are available files.
the mouse style can change but i can't see mouse except a dot look like "."
exactly,i can see this dot when i click mouse key and don't release it.

OK - so you "updated" fc6 from the update notification after a clean install of FC6. Gotcha. Before the update the mouse was fine?

You see a dot when you click and hold your mouse key ... OK. But you cannot see anything unless you hold the mouse key down? You can change the styles fine - in the dialog (how: you cannot see the mouse pointer?) but this makes no difference to how the pointer is displayed?

This is very weird.

Show me the mouse section of /etc/X11/xorg.conf

What type of mouse do you have (USB/PS/2 - special function buttons etc)?
What motherboard is it? Video-card?

Check the syslog for mouse things:

dmesg | grep mouse
dmesg | grep Mouse
