About Linux Mint-17-xfce's environment

Hi everyone,

I've just installed linux mint-17-xfce and its environment is like this:
https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.n...ccaed440c18dff

How could I install this environment:https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.n...b35eedb3106d1b ?

These changes wont hurt the systeme?

Is there possible to speed up Mint? How?

Thank you in advance.

They are both Xfce. Just customize it how you want it.

ok cool Tadaen thanks. Sure looks like mate LOL oH well I am a KDE4 and KDE5 user 99.99 percent of the time. My xfce4 would take a little to make it look like that.
