about Bandwidth tools

Dear Friends,

I have a Linux internet gateway server . I get a Line form ISP and using 20 KB Bandwidth.
Now I want to assure that I got exactly 20 KB BW . Can any onw plz give me some Linux based
easy tools fof configuring Bandwidth ?

My 2nd question is ,

There are 10 pc are connected with this Linux gateway server . Now if I want to know
which IP is now browsing then using which command I can find it in Redhat Linux Enterprise
server ? And also If I want to find out, which IP use which amount of Bandwidth then How
I can find it ?

I'd have a look at a tools called iptraf/ethereal
It's not made to run some kind of permanent monitoring like nagios/munin, but if you want to do some spying....
