Still Aqua-Sim ? We already have uw_rwp.tcl :
--------
Antenna/OmniAntenna set Z_ 1.5
Antenna/OmniAntenna set Z_ 0.05

158:$node_(0) set-mobilitypattern RWP
175:$node_($i) set-mobilitypattern RWP
190:$node_($total_number) set-mobilitypattern RWP
--------

But to watch 3D, I guess you might want to use Aqua3d

Aqua3d-1.0.0.tar.gz

g++ version 4.4 can be used to compile Aqua3d.

Re #3.

Well , then try something like ..
Antenna/OmniAntenna set Z_ 1.5
Antenna/OmniAntenna set Z_ 0.05
$node_(0) set-mobilitypattern RWP
$node_($i) set-mobilitypattern RWP
$node_($total_number) set-mobilitypattern RWP
... see uw_rwp.tcl, that's the only example ever seen. No RWP in the other 2,000 ns2 examples.
