A small annoyance with pppd.

This isn't a big issue by any means, just a small annoyance I would like some help with.

Upon reboot the first attempt at a connection with pppd fails everytime. As soon as it exits I can try again and it works fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Is the module that runs the serial/your modem
loaded on boot or on demand (that is when you
fire up pppd)? Might be a timing issue...
What does ppp's log say?

Cheers,
Tink
