A non-beginner question: hot keys.
Hi: if you use seamonkey web browser, it's likely you now a hotkey or how to make one to reload a page. Don't you? The help has no information on this topic. Thanks.
Seamonkey 1.1.2 I know, if you are not a beginner, the read the docs. |
huh? Is that a question?
|
Yes Sir.
|
so... what is it..?
|
Is there such a hot key or a way to make one?
|
A more general question.
Do web browsers in general allow to define hot-keys?
I MISTAKENLY POSTED THIS IN SUGGESTIONS AND FEEDBACK. BEG YOUR PARDON. |
The hotkeys for most commands will be listed next to their corresponding menu items. Take a look in the "view" menu for the reload command. It should list it as "Ctrl+R".
Most browsers also define "F5" as, I believe, "reload bypassing cache". |
I think every browser I've used accepts F5 as reload, didn't realise about the "bypassing caching" but that makes sense since I've known it to work in circumstances where clearing cache has been suggested before reloading.
