Unhappy SPAM kips filling up my qmail.

At this point I'm getting over 75 thousands mails every day, while only 2.6% are real user mails. I went to all places searching for vulneravility on plesk, spam attack, zombies, worms and others. Whit no clue but many process, step by step on how to review the mails, It's origin and destination. I only get that the mails are been generated from an internal user. Someone that has been authenticated over the HTTP relay.

The problem persist at 2 weeks...
I'm deleting may qmail queue at midnight every day, lossing plenty o good mails.
