hi,

i am new in linux. i am intrested in administration field.

1.Which is the best way to become a good administrator.
2.What are the knowledges know a good admin?
3.which side should strong?
4.How implement myself regarding this?
5.How learn self-scripting?
6.Any other sugesstion?

guide me anyone of our team.

Learn as much as you can about the systems in use.

It depends on what kind of systems you will be managing

What is "self-scripting"? To learn scripting, start writing scripts. http://tldp.org for some good tutorials.

Depending on where you want to work, consider getting some help with English.
