a few noobie questions

well im using suse10.0 but these questions are preaty general..

first how do you install used to xp where in firefox after the installation is done u press open and it opens automaticly..this dosnt happen in suse...

ill think of some more..drawing a blank right now

well there are several ways. First i would take a look at the package manager which should have many things that you can just click on like in windows. Then after that you either can install from source or in the case of suse RPM files.

I have used SuSe but it has been a while.

Did you install using yast, or a tarball from mozilla website?

well i just installed my first app! thanks tamoneya yea im noobie i know lol..but im havin trouble with installing cadega and wine :-( ill keep workina t it thanks for your replies
