Directory inheritance? Something like "https://www.isunshare.com/images/art...-click-add.png" in Windows OS? "-b" using for it or "default" ?

The -b does something else. It's rather important to know what it does so as to know when using it will save work or make life harder. Please dig into the manual pages:

man setfacl
man getfacl
The default itself will affect all new files and subdirectories.
