A Centralized Script for Hardware Testing Suite

As I can see there are various hardware Certified Testing Suite provided by Red Hat(RHEL v7), YES (SUSE), Windows Testing Suite and Oracle Hardware Testing Suite.
I am in search of centralized script which allow me to select the OS and automatic run the test suite for different OS.

Anyone who can suggest me for this?
