802.11g usb card - ain't got the driver and man do i want it.
i am trying to set up a wireless net connection with an airlink+ 802.11g usb card. it is based on a broadcom chipset. anyone know where i can get the driver? or get the thing to recognise the card some other magic way?
help me go from to so i can continue in my linux bliss!
If what you have is an airlink+ usb 2.0 wireless adapter that has the model number #AWLL3025 then you probably bought it at frys for around 15 buck but the chipset for it is the ZD1211 and their out drivers for that under linux I am using the ones from http://home.arcor.de/ironpanther/usb...11-4715.tar.gz
good luck
Oh and I could not get ndiswrapper to work with this adapter but native drivers are always better even if they are not fully developed yet.
