32 bit OS on a 64 processor


Hello guys!

I would like to know what's the drawbacks on installing a 32 bit operating system on a machine equipped witha 64 bit processor...

Not much at this point. You can run 32-bit apps fine ... I am on this machine. There is not a lot of performance difference in a 64-bit OS, and you might not find that same amount of software for it.
