Open your Synaptic Package Manager and in the search type in the package 'lipam.so'
If your Package Manager has it right click on it and tell Synaptic to install it.
If your Synaptic Package Manager does not have this package that you need you can open the terminal and run:
sudo apt-get install libpam0g:i386
