2 Hard drives, multi OSes, LILO & GRUB Failures
 

Just finished installing Suse via FTP and the GRUB bootload gives me a gome error or something like that and won't do anything after that. Won't let me select OSes, access my bios or anything. So i tried to install over it with LILO and LILO screws up too. So I had to pull out my primary HD and am using my XP Pro install on my secondary as an OS to write this.

My setup is a 1.2ghz AMD Athlon
256kMB PC133
Primary HD: 80Gig Maxtor 7200RPM
Secondary: 250Gig Western Digital 7200RPM
nVidia geforce fx 5200
Soundblaster live 5.0

I've got an install of 2000pro on my primary which is just 2000 pro. The boot loader also got written to my primary which is HDA1. My secondary HD(HDB1) has XP Pro, and now suse linux.

So I can't access my primary HD anymore with my main OS on it nor can i access the bios or bootloader and I'm trying to figure out how to correct the problem to remove the bootloader from the first HD so I can get back into 2000. I've tried inserting a bootdisk and that doesn't work, just tells me to remove the disk and push any key to restart. I'm at a loss so if anyone can offer suggestions I'm open to them.

Nobody has any ideas or suggestions?
