1st slackware install darkstar info from where?

Now it is asking for a darkstar login and password. I recall that I was prompted only for a password. Any one have the answer for this one? It would be very much appreciated.

How about:
username: root
password: whatever you set it to

Once you've logged in, run useradd and set up a non-root user.

Welcome to LQ, btw

you mean a root password that you set during the install?

if so, login as root (ie, just type "root") and use the passwd you set. then you can add new non-root users.

EDIT: XavierP beat me to it
