Hello!

What happens when the setup locks? Does your keyboard respond?

No and I have mouse movement to. I seem to be locking up as I advance in steps. I just used the vgalo command in startup help which did get me past 3.3 license terms but locked up again before I got to the next window 3.5 config keyboard.

Hello!

When the setup locks, press ALT+F1, F2, F3... all the F-keys and see if you can find any error messages. If yes, post them here
