10.04 lost network connection on upgrade to 10.10 OpenEMR server cant ping router


Ubuntu server 10.04 with OpenEMR app running fine upgraded to 10.10 lost network connection won't ping out of server, not router, can't see server on network, have lamp loaded, any ideas, first server load OpenEMR stable on 10.04 from what I've seen, did upgrade command then problem started, thinking of reloading back to 10.04, is last stable load for OpenEMR 3.8 Gig Intel, Gigabyte main board, 2 Gig ram, everything onboard except video pny vid with 128 meg ram.

just searched for "ubuntu 10.10 gigabyte no network".

Lots of possible solutions, all needing more information like motherboard model and version, bios information etc.

So, have a look and/or give us more information.

It's not worth bothering with. 10.10 is no longer supported. Either roll back to 10.04 or get 12.04.
